Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy:
+ Rates are exclusive of 8% VAT tax.
+ Automatic settled upon the cut off date (3 days prior the check in date)

2. Check-in/out Policy:
+ Check in: from 14:00;
+ Check out: 12:00;
+ Early check-in/late check out: subject to room availability.


3. Early check in & Late check-out Policy:
Early check in:
+ Option 1: Early check-in at your arrival time: 100% room charge (including buffet breakfast)
+ Option 2: Early check-in at 9:00 AM: 50% room charge (no breakfast) - subject to availability upon your arrival
+ Option 3: Early check-in from 12:00 PM (noon): Free of charge (no breakfast) - subject to availability upon your arrival

Late check-out:
+ 12:00 to 16:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge subject to the room availability upon your departure.
+ After 16:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge.

If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. Any early departure or late arrival should be informed in advance for best arrangement. 

4. Guarantee Policy:
+ A valid credit card will be required upon booking (The owner name must match with the booking name);
+ Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

5. Children Policy:
+ Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
+ Child from 6-year old to under 11-year old sharing the bed with parents: surcharge 250,000VND/child/night (inclusive of breakfast)
+ Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge 500,000VND/child/night (inclusive of extra bed & breakfast)

6. Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
+ If cancellation/amendment is made prior to your booking cut off date, no fee will be charged.
+ If cancellation/amendment is made after your booking cut off date, 100% room rate and tax will be charged
+ In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
+ Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non – changeable & Non – refundable
